Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final except where technical delivery problems or verified billing issues apply.
1. Digital services
Once your essay has been submitted and feedback has been generated or delivered, the service is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.
2. Digital downloads
Once a digital product or download link has been delivered, sales are generally final unless there was a duplicate payment or a verified delivery failure.
3. Technical issues
If you experience a technical issue, such as a failure to receive your feedback or download, contact support@ielts-master.org and we will resolve the issue promptly.
